• Intended for the very casual user that primarily needs basic web surfing and email.
• Speeds up to 768 Kbps download and 128 Kbps upload *
• Includes two email accounts hosted on our servers
• Standard tech support plan **

Standard Package – $49.⁹⁵/mo.

• Intended for the average user who needs a little more than basic web surfing and email. This package is used by the majority of our customer base.
• Speeds up to 1.5 Mbps download and 512 Kbps upload *
• Includes five email accounts hosted on our servers
• Standard and weekend tech support plans **

Power Package – $69.⁹⁵/mo.

• Intended for the user who needs more bandwidth for streaming videos like YouTube, Netflix, RedBox, Hulu, etc. and for gaming. This package is only available in certain areas, please contact us to see if it is available in your area.
• Speeds up to 2.5 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps upload ^*
• Includes 10 email accounts hosted on our servers
• Standard and weekend tech support plans **

Seasonal Customer Package -

• Intended for the customer who is in the area on a seasonal basis only. This package has the same features as the other packages but on a seasonal basis.
• During time customer is away, a $10.00 charge per month will be implemented.
• Regular billing will resume upon re-connection when customer returns.

Optional Services

Expanded Technical Support – $19.⁹⁵/mo.

For our “mission critical” customers, we are pleased to offer our exceptional technical support coverage in an expanded timeframe – 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. You can expect a phone response anytime day or night within an hour.

On-site PC Tune-up – $49.⁹⁵

To provide the best online experience possible, after we have installed your wireless internet service we can provide an on-site PC tune-up. This includes clean-up of your start-up programs to improve power-up and reboot time of the computer. It may also involve the removal of unnecessary software, temporary internet files, cookies, and history. Other services include registry cleaning, hard drive error checking, and disk defragmenting.

Pricing above is based on a 12-month contract term per month. A one-time charge of $139 for a basic installation, equipment included, is in addition to the monthly fees above and is payable at the time of installation. Some competitor discounts apply for certain installations so please feel free to inquire about discounts for your service.
