Hardware Repair – $75.⁰⁰/hr.

This is our standard labor rate for computer repair services at the customer’s location or for hardware repairs that are above and beyond the diagnostic fee listed below. This would include replacement of power supplies, hard drives, etc. that have failed or are being upgraded. (Please note: Due to the nature of computer hardware, the loss of customer data and the corruption of customer files is a possibility when a component fails.)

Diagnostics – $37.⁵⁰

This is our flat rate fee for general diagnostics to determine what the cause of the problem with your computer may be. This fee applies to all laptops, desktops, and any other peripherals that are brought in for service. Once the problem has been diagnosed, an estimate will be provided for the customer’s approval before any further repairs are made.

PC Tune-Up – $32.⁵⁰

Includes clean-up of the start-up programs to improve power-up and reboot time of the computer. This may involve the removal of unnecessary software, temporary internet files, cookies, and history. Other services include registry cleaning, hard drive error checking, and disk defragmenting.

Virus / Spyware Removal – $65.⁰⁰

This includes the removal of viruses and/or spyware that may be infecting your computer.

Wipe / Reload – $119.⁹⁵

This includes full formatting of the hard drive and the reinstallation of the operating system software. It also includes the installation of all drivers, software updates and any additional software that is provided by the customer. The original software disks for the operating system will need to be provided by the customer for the reload.

Wipe / Reload w/Data Transfer – $149.⁹⁵

This includes full formatting of the hard drive and the reinstallation of the operating system software. It also includes the installation of all drivers, software updates and any additional software that is provided by the customer, as well as saving any customer created data such as documents, pictures, emails, address book, internet favorites, or other data. The original software disks for the operating system will need to be provided by the customer for the reload.

Data Back Up to CD or DVD – $5.⁹⁵ per CD or $9.⁹⁵ per DVD

This service includes the back up of any data such as emails, pictures, music, documents, address book, internet favorites, or any other customer created data. The number of disks will vary depending on the amount of data that needs to be backed up. (Programs themselves cannot be copied, only the user data.)

PC to PC Data Transfer – $29.⁹⁵

Includes the transfer of customer specified files from one computer to another.

Please note: All rates listed above apply to work performed at our facility. Any work performed at the customer’s location will be subject to our normal hourly rates, including travel time.
